At Pure Drive Products, we stand behind every training aid we make. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll make it right.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you don’t love your product within 30 days of delivery, you can send it back for a full refund. We’ll even cover the return shipping.

Outside the 30-Day Window
We don’t accept returns or issue refunds after 30 days from the date of delivery.

Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives defective or damaged, email us a photo right away. We’ll inspect it and start the replacement process as soon as possible.

Shipping Delays
If you live in the U.S. and don’t receive your order within 15 days of shipping, you qualify for a full refund if you choose. For customers outside the U.S., that window extends to 30 days.

How to Start a Return
Email support@puredriveproducts.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your issue. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and guide you through the next steps.

Practice Glove Return & Refund Policy

If you ordered the wrong size or type, email info@puredriveproducts.com. To receive the correct glove, place a new order, and we’ll send you a prepaid return label for the original glove. Once we receive it, we’ll issue a full refund for your first order, including shipping.

For used or altered gloves, we unfortunately can’t provide refunds, even within 30 days.

If your glove or straps were damaged during shipping, contact us right away at info@puredriveproducts.com with a photo so we can inspect and send a replacement as quickly as possible.
