Practice Glove Tutorial
Designed by PGA award-winning coach Adam Kolloff, the Practice Glove helps you lock in a proper grip and build muscle memory for a consistent swing. Watch the step-by-step video below to get started.
Step-by-Step Guide:
Glove Straps
Learn to attach and use the Glove Straps to secure your grip and reinforce proper hand placement.
-

Step 1
Rotate your palm up and rest the club over the dots.
-

Step 2
Rotate your hand over the club until your thumb reaches the other side of the grip.
-

Step 3
Undo the straps and let them fall over the club, outside your last three fingers.
-

Step 4
Reach for strap 1 and pull it over the padding by your pinky. Attach it to the glove with the white velcro facing down.
-

Step 5
Reach for strap 2 and pull it over the padding between your middle and pointer fingers. Attach it with the white velcro facing down.
-

Step 6
When the straps overlap correctly, they’ll form an “X” across the back of your hand. This confirms the club is locked in the right position.
Step-by-Step Guide:
Hand Wrap
Follow this guide to wrap and position your hand for consistent grip pressure and better control.
-

Step 1
Place the wrap’s logo directly over the glove’s logo and press to secure.
-

Step 2
Gently stretch and pull the wrap down under your knuckles.
-

Step 3
Wrap it around your hand and press it back down on top of the wrap logo to secure.
Step-by-Step Guide:
Double Hand Wrap
The Double Hand Wrap reinforces alignment and supports both hands. Use this guide to set it up and train with total grip security.
-

Step 1
With your opposite hand, thread your fingers through the wrap.
-

Step 2
Slide your hand down to it’s normal position.
